1. Medical Disclaimer

• Self-tracking only. The App is for personal health tracking and education. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, medical advice or treatment.
• No dosing advice. The App never recommends an insulin dose. Food snap carb counts, the estimated glucose after a meal, A1C estimates, meal impact and nutrition comparisons are approximations calculated from photos, your own entries and general models. They can be wrong. Do not use them alone to decide an insulin dose or treatment. Check carbohydrates against food labels or weighed portions, and check your glucose with your meter or CGM.
• Readings from Apple Health may be delayed by up to three hours and are for review only.
• Emergencies. For severe hypoglycemia, ketoacidosis or any emergency, contact your local emergency services (e.g. 911 / 112) or your doctor immediately. Never delay seeking medical care because of anything shown in the App.

2. AI Food Snaps

• Food snaps send the photo you choose to third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only send photos of food, and do not include people or personal information in them.
• T1dApp Pro includes a monthly allowance of food snaps, currently 150 snaps per month, which resets each calendar month and does not carry over. You can also buy extra snap packs as a one-time purchase. Bought snaps do not expire, are used only after your plan's own snaps run out, and are non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policies. We may adjust allowances to keep the service reliable.
• Results are estimates and may be unavailable at times.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Plans. Using the App requires T1dApp Pro. Pro is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and from time to time as a one-time lifetime purchase. The plans available and their prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• Free trials. Some plans include a free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription. Other plans start immediately, with no trial; the App shows which applies before you buy.
• Billing & renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling. Manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions, or in the App under Settings › Manage subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Lifetime access, when offered, is a one-time purchase for the life of the App on your Apple ID.
• Snap packs are one-time (consumable) purchases of extra food snaps, charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. They do not renew.

4. Your Data

Your health records are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Settings › Back up). We cannot recover data that was deleted or lost with your device.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify or redistribute the App, or misuse the food snap service (for example automated or excessive requests). The App, its design, code and trademarks belong to ROZ TECH LLC and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROZ TECH LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health or treatment decision made using information shown in the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date; continuing to use the App means you accept them.
